CONIFA: consecration of Karpatalya champion of the year 2018

The end of the football tournament of the World Cup of the stateless people ended with the consecration of the people of Karpatalya champion of the year 2018.
The final was played between  Carpathian Ruthenia and Cyprus and ended by the penalty shoot in favor of the first. Congratulations for Karpatalya from Kabylia.
