To sanctify the ratio of citizens to the Kabylian flag, Kabyle Provisional Government (Anavad) recommends that by every hoisting of the Kabyle flag, the oath of allegiance to the flag of Kabylia shall be read and repeated by the citizens. Like the “Pledge of Allegiance” to the United States.
