All peoples have the right to self-determination

COMMUNIQUE FROM THE PRESIDENCY KABYLE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT IN EXILE (ANAVAD) RUSSIA HAS JUST RECOGNIZED THE INDEPENDENCE OF TWO REPUBLICS, DONETSK AND LUGANSK.
This act, serious as it may appear in the Western point of view, nevertheless reveals a truth: the obstacles placed by the international order to the free exercise of the right to self-determination of peoples inevitably lead to violent and accomplished facts.
The Kabyle provisional government in exile (Anavad) calls for the organization of referendums for all peoples who aspire to their independence. The borders of the world are always dynamic. To avoid developments by force and the law of the jungle, Kabylia, which aspires to its independence, pleads in favor of the urgent rehabilitation of the right of peoples to self-determination.
We remain, for our part, resolutely committed to respecting international law in this area, the only guarantee of legality.
Donetsk and Lugansk have the right to freely express their political future by referendum, far from geostrategic calculations with liberticidal visions.
